Where delivery is available
Delivery is available only where checkout presents an eligible shipping method for the complete address entered by the customer. The active delivery area, product eligibility, stock, warehouse, and destination determine serviceability.
Charges and estimates
The shipping method, charge, and any available estimate must be displayed before order placement and recorded on the order. No separate delivery promise is made on this page.
Address, dispatch, and tracking
Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, address, PIN code, and reachable telephone number. Address changes are possible only while the fulfilment workflow permits them. Tracking information will be shared when it is available after dispatch.
Delay, damage, or loss
Weather, carrier disruption, access restrictions, incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, and events outside reasonable control can affect delivery.
